ユニークなカタログオファープロモーションをアクティブ化にします。
作成されたユニークなカタログオファープロモーションは、デフォルトでは無効になっています。
アクティブ化するまで引き換えることはできません。
このエンドポイントを使用して、クーポンプロモーションを有効化およびアクティブ化します。
