Atualiza um item de carrinho existente ou cria o item no carrinho.

  - `project_id` (integer, required)
    ID do Projeto.
    Example: 44056

  - `item_sku` (string, required)
    SKU do item.
    Example: "booster_mega_1"

    Moeda de pagamento preferida. Código de moeda de três letras de acordo com o padrão [ISO 4217](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_4217).

  - `quantity` (number)
    Quantidade do item.
